  • What are your store hours?
    MON- THURS 9AM-10PM FRIDAY & SATURDAY 9AM-12AM SUNDAY - CLOSED. Order(s) can placed then shipped the next business day.
  • How can I contact customer service?

  • Do you restock sold-out items?
    Some popular items may be restocked. You can sign up for our restock notifications on the product page to be alerted when an item is back in stock.
  • What should I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect item?
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item(s), please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. *Store credit is offered on ALL orders, after we have received the item(s) back, in which you'll be responsible for returning.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Order can be modified but not canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to make any changes.
  • What do I do when I ordered the wrong size?
    Exchanges are only offered if the item(s) are not damaged or worn, you have 5 days after receiving your order to exchange them. *You are responsible for Drop-Off, Return Shipping, Pickup Fees, Reshipping/Delivery expenses, or you can choose to pick them up. OR *If your order hasn't been shipped, picked up, or delivered, you have the option to exchange it for an available color or size in stock. Please contact us promptly to arrange these changes.

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking number will be emailed to the customer. Please ensure that the correct email address and phone number are provided. *After the item(s) has been shipped & tracking number has been provided HerCloset is no longer liable for the package.
  • What happens of my package is lost or stolen?
    Once item(s) have been delivered, HerCloset holds no responsibility for any damage or theft.
