After the payment has been made, ALL orders are final unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or broken and we are at fault.

We must be notified immediately.

Store credit is offered on ALL orders after we have received the item(s) back, in which you'll be responsible for returning.

Once the item(s) have been returned you'll have credit for the item(s) purchased, this does not include new shipping/delivery fees.
